(June 23, 2020, 10:04 pm)The staff is so wonderful! We stopped in for COVID-19 antibody and viral tests. The entire team, from the front desk gentleman, to the medical assistant, and PA was so courteous and clear about COVID testing and results. We are changing our urgent care clinic to NextCare!

(March 19, 2020, 11:17 am)I live out of town and was calling on behalf of my son, his insurance had expired and Beatrice was so helpful. He wasn’t able to be seen that day, so I said I would call back each day to see if insurance was activated on their end, she called following day right when they opened to my surprise and said it was active. That is customer service and exceeded my expectations! Yay for Beatrice, she deserves a bonus! Not many people go above and beyond anymore. Very appreciative!
