  "I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ENERGY TO SMILE"
  
  Since the age of 8 I would tell my mom I felt like an eighty year old woman- emotionally and physically.
  I experienced anxiety, depression, extreme fatigue – to the point where I didn’t even have energy to smile. I suffered from intense neck, back and joint pain.
  For my entire school career, I would wake up with severe stomach pain and missed school more often than not... I had no passion and no desire to learn.
  In 2012 at the age of 22, I began seeing Dr. Julie for nutrition and that’s when I was finally able to experience life. My depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and pain diminished completely. I had energy to wake up and even smile.
  
  "I DISCOVERED MY LIFE PASSION"
  
  With my new found energy and ability to focus and retain information I was able to finally dedicate myself to my college education where I discovered my life passion (which just happens to be holistic health.)
  I remained on a consistent nutritional therapy program for 4 years. Those 4 years were honestly the best 4 years of my life. I felt alive, vibrant, happy and healthy! I only got sick one time and that was within the first year I began the program. I became so healthy my body was finally able to conceive a child! So in 2016 over the course of my pregnancy I decided to take a break from nutrition in order to save some money. Let me just tell you.. BIGGEST REGRET. My anxiety returned and my immune system was not as strong as it was while being supported nutritionally. I had the flu twice in 3 months.
  
  "IT'S BECOME MORE OF A RITUAL EXPERIENCE"
  
  It’s become crystal clear that my nutritional supplement program is the daily essentials my body requires to function optimally in today's less than nutritional and toxic environment. I'm thankful I've found a natural program that is undeniable powerful and effective in helping me live the vibrant life I deserve. I take pride in taking my program daily because I know it's equally as important as drinking enough water, eating healthy and organic meals, exercising and getting good rest. Its actually become more of a ritual experience for me just as if I'm doing my daily meditation and yoga.

  Dr Julie is an amazing, angelica Dr who can bring peace, happiness and good health to your life.

  Dr. Julie's practice is a special one! You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you with your health concerns....she has helped me alot. I highly recommend her!

  Dr. Julie is caring, extremely competent and fun! I know that every time I visit I am going to feel better and my body is going to be adjusted and balanced for optimum health! Dr. Julie and Aubree Rock! No better care anywhere!
