Bill did a great job on my 2 way mini split and my new power upgrade for my house . He always showed up on time and when the job was finished the work far exceeded my expectations. After the job was complete I had a few minor issues . Bill went out of his way to take care of my electrical problems issues I has having . I had five contractors come to my house to give me bids prior to the work . All of them except Bill were highly over priced and the contractors never showed up for the job. Bill has been a huge help . I don’t know what I would have done without his expertise . There isn’t a job too big for Bill to handle . His professionalism was exemplary. I would recommend Bill to anyone. Great job !! One of the BEST contractors I’ve ever hired . Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to call Bill for your HVAC and electrical needs or you can just wasting time !!!

Bill and his team were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. Of course my A/C broke down the hottest day of the year and Bill came to survey the situation right away. Bill obviously has ALOT of experience so he made it all look easy. We planned the A/C replacement job for 2 days later. He was prompt, Cleaned up the area and gave us transparent play by plays as he went along so there weren't any surprises with extra pipes being put in and drywall having to be cut out. I have two words for Ben Franklin Group...HIRE THEM!

Bill is pretty busy does really good work but waited over two weeks. He needs more employees or something. Too many big jobs and they cant get there in a fair time. Will use again if he can start getting to my projects quicker then two weeks Matt, Anthony, Mike work hard but they are overwhelm too. Customer for over 5 years and expected a quicker respond

Called and spoke with the owner yesterday And he was able to accommodate My new lighting fixture for my new pool table That was going up the very same day which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving and was very difficult to find electrician because of the holiday. Very friendly service and quick with no issues. I will definitely recommend this company.
