  Kenny is by far one of the hardest working and inspirational people I've met. You will not go wrong reaching out to Kenny and OHfit. I started out at 205 lbs and Kenny helped me get to the 170's in a couple short months!! I am now 161 lbs following his advise and tips.   I've been working with Kenny Sheafer for 4+ months and have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Kenny is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He is easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.   Kenny (founder of OH Fit LLC) was the Dolce Diet coach for my family and I. He is passionate about all things health and fitness and is a really great guy to have in your corner! I will forever be grateful for the knowledge he has given me. Below is a review I posted that encompasses my whole experience with the Dolce Diet and OH Fit LLC:
  It was We were your typical American family: Lover of fast food, frozen pizza, large portions of grease covered grease and anything layered in cheese. As a stay-at-home mom, a big part of my job is preparing food for my family and well, I suck at it! So…Hello drive-thru and frozen easiness.
  When I started seeing the side effects of that lifestyle in the people I love, I knew I needed help. I read every book, tried several different diet plans and nothing worked until I found the Dolce Diet, and here’s why: Our Dolce diet coach (thank you, Kenny Sheafer) literally held my hand and walked me through every step! He took us to grocery stores / farmer’s markets, helped me cook in my own kitchen, taught me about nutrition labels, food companies, how to eat organically, GMOs, etc. By the time we started day one of the Dolce Diet journey, my kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and rid of everything we wouldn't need) so that cooking healthy meals was easy.
  NEWS FLASH: The Dolce Diet has the BEST recipes for kids! Our wonderful Nutritionalist (thank you, Meg) provided us with detailed meal plans with a huge variety of food that my kids still beg for! Seriously, they are awesome, simple yet tasty, and full of all the right stuff! Right away, I noticed that cooking was more of a pleasure than a daunting task because everyone loved what I was cooking (and I knew I could do it again, and again, because it was easy).
  Now we’ve completed the eight week program and the results are amazing! My husband lost 26.8 lbs, I lost 15.2 lbs, my daughter lost 11 lbs, and my son lost 18.6 lbs! The best part is, while this ends our time in the program, it’s not the end of our journey. The Dolce Diet, our Nutritionalist, and our coach provided us with enough resources to continue on our own…that’s right, solo. That means no pestering emails about monthly subscriptions or a new fad we have to try. This “diet” isn't like anything else out there because there’s nothing else like it! As a mother, and a woman who's been overweight her whole life, I feel enormously grateful for what I’ve learned through the Dolce Diet, because I know that it will be the standard that my children take with them into adulthood.
