Erin, I practice twice a day at home with your videos. I love the intensity of the classes and the rhythm of your teaching. Your style really suits me. I've done many other videos, but Five Parks are the ones I like the best. Thanks for all the effort you put into your teaching. You should know it makes a big impact in my life.

Never taken a class in real life but i do your videos almost everyday. You've helped my back and neck pain and toned me up alot this summer. :)

I've been practicing yoga with Erin regularly for the last 3 months. At first I found the practice challenging, it had been many years since any regular practice (mostly Bikram).

But with persistentence and Erin's encouragement, I absolutely love it! It's almost like Erin is right there in the room, a quality I've not found with other online classes.

Thanks Erin and hope to see you in Costa Rica in 2018.
