Occasionally it's busy, but just like any gym that's weekend mornings and after work times. They have an Olympic style platform for dropping bumper weights. Great selection of dumbbells, and just overall good gym.

(January 4, 2019, 12:17 pm)Dave and Sadie are the best gym managers this club has seen in my opinion. I've been a member of this club well before they came aboard. They are always very transparent with their expectations of what is in the contract and how it operates (having seen their routine at least 20 times as I've brought them 20+ new members).
Very clean gym, always inviting, and they strive to meet/ exceed member's expectations. I hope they stick around for as long as possible! -

(May 18, 2018, 12:39 pm)This is a great place to workout in Conifer. It's got a lot of options for you to choose from. There's several treadmills and other cardio based equipment. There's a decent selection of free weights and gym equipment too. They also have a room dedicated to classes (spin and other types of fitness). Also, in the back is a small room that one can do whatever they want. There's a boxing bag, rowers, more weights and a sound system you can hook up your personal music to.
