  After my accident I started running into issues with the insurance companies and within the medical fields. I had become very frightened and concerned over the bills that I was paying and had started to accumulate. No one seemed to want to answer even my simplest questions. The day I walked into Ramos Law I was very nervous but was immediately put at ease, being treated with respect and kindness by everyone I encountered.   I had been dealing with multiple injury law firms and was given the run around. Coming to Ramos was like a breath of fresh air. The ENTIRE team is available to help at any time. (At another firm I waited two weeks and had to schedule an appointment to speak to my attorney for 10 minutes!)   I cannot tell you how incredible this team is!!! I called a few lawyers before them. Every single other lawyer just wanted to know what insurance I have, what the logistics of the car accident were, and what insurance the other people had. The first thing that Ramos Law said to me was, "Are you okay?". They actually listened and wanted to hear my answer. It wasn't just another 3 second answer that they were looking for. They genuinely cared and wanted to know how I was doing. I did not find that in any other law firm that I called. They believe in Hospitality at Ramos Law and treating human beings like more than just a paycheck. As the long process went on they continue to call me almost weekly and asked me how I was doing and how I was recovering. They also kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with my case. They worked diligently and fast. Sometimes it wasn't possible just because of insurance but anything that they could do they did. Throughout the entire process I didn't have any doubt in that team. I have been very lucky to work with them.
