    I’ve visited Mama and the Fig numerous times at Conifer Farmers’ Market and had the pleasure to meet the famous Mama baker. She is a very talented baker and super passionate about her bread baking and more. From French baguettes and the popular jalapeño cheddar to her granola creations, I haven’t tasted anything less than amazing and fresh. I can’t wait for the Farmers’ Market to begin again but pop ups and special online orders are a great stop gap til then ( :

    This is the BEST homemade comfort food you’ll find! Her flavors are always so inventive and even unexpected and their presentation is simple and totally impressive (think—serve to guests!) I literally cannot get enough of her granola. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend starting an online order!

    Incredible homemade breads and granola, with rotating seasonal specials. Her ability to create artisan breads at altitude is unmatched. Even sourdoughs! Friendly, timely service and simple, easy-to-use website. Highly recommended.

    Amazing locally handmade breads and granolas right here in Evergreen. These breads are simply a work of art. It's hard enough to bake at altitude and this lady had it completely nailed!!! Always inventive with seasonal offerings, you should keep coming back because the selection is always new and delicious. You can also catch them at local events around town. Order online and pick up straight from the baker herself or choose to have them hand delivered to you for a small fee. #breads #handmade
