I love the focus on strength training that is mixed in with fun dance steps, the use of weights, and keeping a strong core. In Evergreen, our classes are a variety of people and abilities, but everyone works at a pace that best fits their individual needs.
If you need a harder workout, then put more energy into each move. Or if you are recovering from an injury, modify the workout for your won needs.
It is housed within the Kinetic Arts Studio, so there are specialized floors which help minimize impact on your joints.
