  I just want to start this off by saying I NEVER leave reviews for products I purchase - which is hypocritical of me because I read almost all of the reviews on a product before purchasing it online.
  
  BUT WARBONNET'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST UNMATCHED.
  
  My boyfriend and I have recently decided to get into backpacking instead of just pull up and park camping places so we each ordered a Thunderfly last Thursday night and they were delivered Saturday morning (we're all the way on the East Coast, btw). Mine turned out to just not be the color I thought I wanted so I emailed customer service asking if it was possible to do an exchange rather than a return and they said no, I'd have to return it, get a refund, then reorder OR go ahead and reorder and get my refund when the unwanted one was returned. So I went ahead and placed an order for the new one and emailed them back saying "thanks, hope I have it in time for my trip Friday" (today is Monday). Y'ALL. I got an email back SEVEN MINUTES LATER saying that it had shipped!! I know that means that a shipping label was created, BUT STILL. I'm 210% looking forward to getting it in the mail and taking it out for our upcoming beach camping trip! Already set up and seam sealed my boyfriend's tarp and the quality is way better than the ENO and Kelty tarp I previously used. The weight difference is noticeably lighter which makes my lower back happy and the setup is so easy! Check out their YouTube tutorial if you need some guidance.
  
  TLDR: Ordered a color I wasn't happy with, reordered a new one to have in time for an upcoming trip and it shipped within 7 minutes of my order confirmation. Quality is top notch - better than my ENO and Kelty tarp and Customer Service is phenomenal. Ryan from Warbonnet - you da man.

  I initially started with an ENO hammock from REI, which suited my needs as a newbie, but I quickly began to realize what I was missing out on with the equipment that many of the cottage sellers have. For me, Warbonnet is the first and only name to be considered for your Hammock adventures. Not only is their equipment made with careful thought and excellent craftsmanship, their customer support is superb. When walking down the path of picking my equipment, they were there every step of the way to make the best recommendations that suited my needs. Can't recommend them enough.

  I own several Warbonnet products, including hammocks and tarps. Recently one of my teen sons was reclining in my RidgeRunner when the foot-end seam tore away from the grosgrain seam webbing. I was not present at the time, so while it could have been a defect, it also could have been the result of "I didn't do anything".
  
  In any event I emailed Warbonnet some photos of the situation, and they sent me RMA information to see if they could repair it. I offered to pay for repairs and shipping, as I could not definitively say what caused the failure. After they received the hammock and looked it over, they repaired and shipped back to me at NO COST as a warranty repair. In other words - this is a company that stands behind their product.
  
  The Warbonnet products I own are top quality in fit and finish, despite this "incident". Value for money is excellent, and it's made in USA to boot! Order with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

  I really appreciated the dedication to high quality standards on their products at what I consider a good price. I have had absolutely no problems with several orders placed on the company website. My orders were processed and shipped nearly instantly. Great people to deal with. I'm a very happy Warbonnet Outdoors customer and will definitely be purchasing again from them

  When I started looking for a hammock sleep system, I wasn't sure where to start. I have friends with several brands of hammocks and of course they all have their own preference, with their own advice. I laid in a number of them, tried them out, and did my own research on various forums to find the right hammock. One of the best things I found was the 101 information and videos available on the Warbonnet website. If you're just starting to get in to hammock sleeping, their resources were extremely helpful in understanding how it all works.
  
  For me it was a no-brainer when it came to comfort, ease of use, and quality of materials. These hammocks don't feel flimsy under you and you never get the feeling that you may tip over; and best yet, you get that feeling without the extra weight in your pack! I only recently got in to hammock camping, so I want to be honest and say that I can't speak to longevity.
  
  So when I made my decision to go with Warbonnet, I was worried I may not have all my gear in time for an upcoming trip. So I reached out to the company to ask about their lead times on under and top quilts and had a response back within a couple hours from Brandon. He responded to each email with a couple hours maximum, he answered all my questions and let me know the best way to complete my order, to get what I needed in time. I had read on the forums about the amazing customer service people get from this group, but Warbonnet lives up to that reputation! It's the personal touch, combined with a great quality product, that makes this group a top tier company. I would highly recommend their products to anyone - and after one night sleep in it, you'll agree with me!
