(September 14, 2017, 5:48 pm)I really enjoyed the restorative yoga class. First, they have a beautiful and cozy studio. Second, the instructor did a marvelous job of guiding us through a series of relaxing stretches. Great atmosphere!
(March 9, 2017, 12:27 pm)True Yoga provides a welcoming environment and a wide variety of yoga classes. Their studio is always super clean, they have full locker rooms, their teachers are awesome, and their prices are competitive with other studios in the area. I love their variety of hot or "Bikram" yoga classes which are a bit more challenging, especially their hot power vinyasa. If hot yoga isn't your thing, they offer several restorative and traditional yoga classes perfect for beginners or those nursing an injury or dealing with chronic pain. I felt very welcome and comfortable at this studio the second I walked in the door. Give them a try!
