Clyde has been amazing! I have been seeing him for over a year now. He keeps me being able to push my body physically without having as many off days from achy muscles and joints. He has the ability to work deeper in areas that need it while still keeping everything else tuned up. He also is very professional and on time (even when I am not). He is quick to fit me in if needed and works with my schedule! I wish I could give him 10 stars!

What can I say, there is a reason that Bud (Clyde) has nothing but 5 star reviews. Personally, I tend to be a skeptic when it comes to online reviews but after researching massage therapists in the area and seeing the feedback - I scheduled my first session. From the get-go, I could tell Bud knows what he's doing. It was refreshing to have a preliminary, informal call with Bud before my first session where he asked about my goals and what I'm looking for. Not everyone does this, and it was a great start. It was also refreshing to hear from the start that his focus is to fix your issues, but also give you tools to help you maintain that 'fix' so that you do not have to return every 2 weeks for the rest of your life (like some other practices.. cough chiropractors cough cough).
My first session was nothing less than transformative. He spent some time reviewing my posture, asking a few more questions about focal points, and got to work. I told him I was there for a no fluff, 'fix me no matter how painful' type of session and he did not disappoint. I went in feeling like a crumpled, uneven, twisted ball of knots - and left feeling as though the knot was untied and my body was slowly returning to where it should be - symmetrical, balanced, and just plain GOOD again. My workouts immediately improved, and my wife even said I looked taller and had better posture within days of my first session.
Needless to say I continue to see Bud on a weekly basis (by choice, not necessity) because each time I visit, it truly makes a difference for my body.
