(February 13, 2019, 9:43 pm)I was heading out on a snowmobile trip and discovered that my trailer lights were not working correctly. I called one trailer place and they said they could possibly get me in a few days. That would not work since I needed to leaving to the mtns then. I remembered seeing a sign for RV repairs. I stopped by at the very end of a very cold day. I believe it was Lon the owner that I first spoke to. He said that he could help me out. I believe it was Ethan who dealt with the cold weather and fixed my wiring harness. They got me all taken care of within 1/2 hour. The nicest people and the best service. Thanks again for helping me out at the last minute and I will be back : -)

They are service oriented and from the owner through the rest of the team, they think about the customer first and how to get you back on the road enjoying your vacation. We had waste water plumbing challenges about midway through our RV trip and couldn’t find any shop that would fit us in to their backlog in a pinch. They worked us in changing their schedule accordingly, were creative and diligent in finding a fix that worked for us that day, and got us back on the road in a few hours. A truly refreshing and exceptional client experience, thank you!

(September 4, 2018, 5:01 pm)We had our big slider break on Thursday before Labor Day Weekend. We called and Connie told us to bring it over and they would take a look at it and would be able to repair it on Friday. When we got there, this was about 3:00 PM the Service Manager stopped what he was doing and looked at our unit and started the repairs right then. With in a hour and a half we were on our way back to the campground to have a wonderful weekend. We can't say enough about this new business. The price was really reasonable. They will have our future business from now on.
