  Josh was very helpful with a consultation for a roof rack for my car. He educated me on what hardware options are available, and gave me clear itemized pricing. If I decide to go with the Rack Attack option I will happily go back to the Golden location.

  I was missing keys for a Yakima cargo box and the guy's at Rack Attack really helped me out! It was just a $5 sale but their professionalism and courtesy is first class. These guys are the best!

  So, not all 5 star reviews start off with something positive... I ordered $2k worth of roof racks and a rooftop Tepui tent from these guys with install on Black Friday. They said it would all be in store a week later. It wasn't, but was scheduled to be in that Thursday, and they scheduled me to get installed Friday. I made plans to use my tent for that weekend based on this, but while I was on my way over from Colorado Springs, I got a call that the tent didn't get delivered. I was not happy, but they did install the roof rack system. I then had to spend a lot of money on lodging due to already making plans to be in the mountains with friends that weekend. I was furious! Today I drove up from Colorado Springs again, and they installed the tent. After, I explained to the manager about how I felt, and he refunded me the entire installation costs. That is called good customer service!!! Things don't always go well, we're all aware of that, but it's how you take care of your customers when things go wrong that show the true colors of a business. I went from really unhappy, never coming back, to feeling like my business was and is important to them.
