Excellent company with integrity

I have worked as a janitor for Evergreen Research for over 6 months now and am writing this review in appreciation of the owners and management of this organization. Never before have I been treated in this line of work with such respect and dignity. Gary and Dave are two of the kindest and professional gentleman that I've ever worked for. They seem to treat their other employees with the same respect and dignity as well. Typically in the janitorial line of work, we are considered the 'bottom of the totem pole' after all we clean toilets for a living. However, multiple times the gentlemen that run this company have gone out of their ways to stop and ask how I'm doing or poke fun at me to alleviate me temporarily for a moment of fun . I can sense genuineness in their inquiries. With such a fast paced company that deals with high end clientele, I was astonished that they would take the time to see how I was doing. I wanted to take the time to write this in appreciate for such honorable management. Anyone considering aligning their business with this company is making the right choice. If every boss or manager had this same type of approach with their employees, their retention rate for employment would be extremely high. It's been a pleasure working with Evergreen Research.
