I had an excellent experience with the CHAT Service. I was able to renew my registration on line after a problem with my Insurance. They stayed on the line with me until I was able to send them a copy of my insurance so it could be renewed. Very pleasant experience. I didn't want to go into the office to renew. Thank you
I got a new vehicle and wanted to transfer my disabled veteran plates from my trade in to the new vehicle. I started a chat with JeffcoDMV. It took a little while for someone to get with me, but took only 10 minutes and there were able to do the transfer via chat. The new tabs will come via mail. Absolutely zero hassle. I recommend anyone with disabled veteran plates needing transferred to use the chat feature. The person that helped me was quick and responsive.
I just did a chat and was very happy with the service. The tags weren't on our 1951 truck when we took it out of storage. I was unable to get replacements online so I tried the chat. Boom! The agent was able to order new tags for us after I emailed proof of insurance. So glad we didn't have to make an appointment to get them. Chat is great! My agent was Nikki.
I used the online website chat feature to ask questions about registering a new vehicle but using an old set of plates. The service was excellent, all my questions were answered quickly and they are processing the transaction to use my prior plates and send out the new stickers today. So much easier than going into a physical office. Service was fast and friendly.
I had a good experience just now using the chat service. I was able to chat with someone local about getting new license plates. I was able to send the proof of insurance via email, and the whole process was quick and easy.
Since they are basically not open, I am happy that they are utilizing other means to maintain their services. This transaction involved chat, email and phone, but it worked fine. They seem to be doing their best, and we all have to make some concessions until this COVID thing is over.
If anything, this was faster and more convenient for me than going down to the office would have been.
