I can't say enough good things about Jill Allen & Associates! Jill, the founder of the company, is simply wonderful. She is such an amazing person who happens to know a lot about orthodontic consulting especially in the niche of helping out orthodontists doing startups. If you are like me who don't know a whole lot about how to open your own practice from scratch, you should seriously consider Jill and her team for their comprehensive services because that would make sure you have a successful start from the beginning. My practice is just a little over a year old now, opened right before pandemic hit, had to closed for almost 3 months due to lockdown, so kind of opened twice within a year. Yet, with all the ordeals, we were able to hit our financial goal 1 month prior to our anniversary. Of course, we wouldn't have done that without Jill and her team. Highly recommend!

Jill and her team were invaluable as I went through the process of starting my orthodontic practice! Their depth of knowledge about every aspect of the process from picking the right contractor to hiring team members to helping me spread the word about my new practice was invaluable. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have an experienced team to bounce ideas off of during this time. For the owner, there is so much riding on each decision, yet you’re often having to make judgements in areas well outside of your area of expertise (construction bids, website design, marketing, etc.). This is where Jill and her team provide incalculable value through sound advice, a different perspective, and ultimately peace of mind for the owner. I can’t overstate how helpful Jill and her team have been. I HIGHLY recommend working with them if you’re starting an orthodontic practice.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Jill and her team. We were at a point in our practice (5 years in) where we recognized that we had reached the limit of our knowledge, potential and efforts at growing our business. Enter Jill, just in our initial consultation she spoke to our goals and seemed to really "get it", plus we loved that she specializes in young practices. Our fear was that she would come in and tell us to change everything, but that was not the case at all, she just made effective tweaks that have left us working smarter, not harder. Small changes, big effect. Being a married couple, running a business, her non-biased, third party opinion and allowance were invaluable!

In short, my only regret is not calling her years earlier!

Jill and her entire team have been instrumental in my orthodontic start-up practice. They have been there from the beginning helping with analyzing demographics for my practice location, providing advice throughout the entire build-out process, training my first staff member, and continuing to provide support and systems for long-term success.
