I have learned from Torie that food is something to enjoy and not stress over. I have learned you don’t have to diet to lose weight- just make good choices. Torie is teaching me how to look at recipes and evaluate them for health as well as taste. She is making a cook out of me. Much to everyone’s amazement. Torie is not your typical dietitian. She takes the time to learn who you are and where you are at and works with you to build a lifestyle for yourself that is comfortable, sustainable and successful for the long term.
