The boot camp class is difficult and also achievable, with good instructions provided by trainer. People looking for a tough workout that fits into a busy schedule, Catalyst is the place for you.

(September 27, 2020, 8:47 am)Love this place! The Coach Corey is fantastic, the vibe is up beat and motivating and the classes keep me coming back for more! Every class is different and a nice mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training. In person and virtual classes are always on point!
