The staff are kind and caring and meet all my family members needs. My only complaint is the design of the building. There is no place to visit except the hallway or dining room.
My dad has been in Lakewood Villa now for 4 months, and the staff works hard to accomodate his behaviors and his needs. They are very attentive and they care about the people who are residents there, they stop and talk to them and make them the priority. The other day one resident was shocked that the director of nursing knew him by name. From the management to the rest of the staff, I have never met better people to care for my dad. They also keep the place clean, and serve good food, my dad doesn't eat much but he likes how it tastes. I would highly recommend this place.
