(October 28, 2016, 1:08 am)Really you should never go anywhere else for trophies and awards. This company gives personal service with a vast selection. It was not my first time in, but I had a need for a trophy for a student athlete and it was a bit pressing time-wise. They literally helped me find the resin trophy I was seeking and engraved it on the spot because they knew I needed it ASAP. Mind you, I walked in at 4:40 pm and they close at 5:00 pm and they had me out of there by 4:55 pm. I kid you not. I almost didn't write these details for fear that people would go in thinking this is their normal production time. It isn't; of course you need to order well in advance. However, this is just one example of how much they care and how they really seem to love what they do. It is a family-run business and it really is a stark difference between them and most businesses we all usually frequent. You are with real and kind humans face-to-face here and they genuinely seem to want happy customers. I wish all businesses were run like this.

(February 13, 2014, 12:36 pm)Totally awesome company. My boss informed me that we needed trophies 5 days before the event, and I called US Recognition right away. I was able to create what I wanted the engraving to be on my end and sent it to them as a PDF. They printed 3 completely custom glass trophies for us at half the price of any other company (plus most companies charge at least a $35 set-up fee), and I was able to pick them up 2 days before the event.
Totally impressed. We will be buying more trophies again!
