Pure Barre

Have been coming 2-4x a week for about a year and really enjoy it. The instructors are all high energy and great at giving modifications and form fixes. No class is ever the same, but it's always a great workout!

LOVE this studio! I’ve done barre in the past but was new to the Pure Barre technique. Every teacher has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful with the poses and alignment during class. I was surprised with how quickly I got the hang of things, so glad I went for the unlimited membership. I’m definitely getting the most of it!

After sustaining serious injuries due to running, I wanted to try a workout that was still challenging and effective, but without the impact on my system. In came Pure Barre and my life was changed! Over the past 7 years, I've taken classes at 8 studios and can honestly say that Belmar is THE BEST. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and helpful. I love starting my mornings with this community!

I've been taking Pure Barre classes for about 4 years. My experience at this studio have been amazing starting with how I feel and the results I have seen.

The owner Kristen and every instructor / staff member is positive and welcoming and so helpful and understanding when cancellations needed to happen.

In my experience I can say Pure Barre is one of the most effective workouts out there- As other reviews have mentioned if you commit to at least 2-3+ classes per week, you will see results! I love the pure barre Lakewood family!

I am absolutely in love with this location and the wonderful workouts !!! I am down over 100lbs since starting here and am seeing my dream body come into focus. Thank you so much to every employee!!! I have never felt unwelcome and when I was at almost 300lbs there weren’t many places I felt comfortable. Pure Barre Belmar has completely changed my life for the positive :)
