This place is amazing! The owner and staff are super sweet and very personable. They work very hard at keeping everyone happy and comfortable. The club is spotless and everything is kept up to date. They also offer great products and will even do special orders for you. I highly recommend this club to everyone. This is my home away from home!

I've been treated like an amazing person. The members here are always nice and pleasant with a friendly hello and how are things going? I've never been in a gym that is so meticulously clean and well kept. I have had several trainers (cause I like to do the early morning thing) so I understand how hard it is to find someone willing to come in, in the dark. The trainers have always been helpful, thoughtful, full of great advice and encouragement. And they definitely listen to you. This place is awesome.

I love this gym! It's super clean, has all the equipment I need plus a private group sized yoga/exercise room. I really appreciate the private showers in the bathrooms. The owner is friendly and made the whole experience much less intimidating than some of the bigger gyms. I feel like I'm at home here, so glad I made the switch!
