Very professional and courteous. I also appreciate that one of the GM bosses happen to be there and assisted with the financial aspect. Shortly after pulling in the the dealership and getting out to look at the SUV I came for, I was greeted by Sasha. He promptly grabbed the keys and we went on a test drive. Did not once try to up sale me on a different vehicle on the lot. Financing was quick and easy. I can say that was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Emich as a dealership and highly recommend Sasha Markovic as a car sales specialist. Thank you Emich
