I was experiencing some electrical issues with my Ford like random shut off and all the utility lights will come on and this is after replacing the alternator I stopped by my AutoZone store and an associate by the name of Michael C identify and resolve the issue saving me hundreds if I had taken my car to a mechanic I can't tell you thank you enough Michael.

This auto zone has such an amazing team. I must say that I visit this store quite often. About one month or so ago, my car wouldn't cranked and they test my battery. I was told I needed a new battery. I purchased a battery and they did not hesitate to change my battery. Today, I went back to the store because I couldn't crank again after learning I had erosion on the battery and possible needed to change my terminal. Once again without hesitation Chris who was at the counter asked to take a look at the battery before I made a purchase of the terminals. He was so helpful! I would say he went above and beyond his duty and changed my terminal, sprayed it and my car crunk with no problem. He also explained why it probably wasn't cranking. Not to mention it was almost that time before closing that Chris helped me get my car started. I truly love the customer service at this location and dedicated. These guys are awesome. They deserve any bonus that may come there way. Thank you Chris for all your help!!!

Arapahoe Rental - Lakewood
I have rented from this location several times and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a great rental company. They have a huge selection of tools and equipment and their prices are competitive. My last experience was scaffolding, and this time I rented an extra large trencher for a heavy duty job. I wasn't sure exactly which piece of equipment I needed, so they listened to my project description and they suggested the largest Barreto trencher. I was able to reserve the equipment for the day I needed it and it was ready to go when I arrived. The customer service was excellent, from the front counter to learning how to operate the equipment. They ensured that it was loaded correctly and the return was very easy. I appreciate the friendly and professional staff there. Thank you so much, Tom, Cathy and Lewis.

The crew at Arapahoe rental Lakewood are professional and easy to work with. I drove out of my way to rent from them because the rental place 5 blocks from my house was very rude on the phone. But the people at Arapahoe rental Lakewood were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend I Arapahoe rental and especially the one in Lakewood off Colfax and Simms Blvd.

We have no problem going out of our way to rent from them when we need something for a job because the experience always makes it worth it!

Great propane tank refill. You get more, cheaper than an exchange at the big box stores, a full 20 lbs.

We had an excellent experience with Arapahoe Rentals. We needed to move a large piece of equipment and rented a pallet jack but that was just not doing it. So we called them up and they brought us a bobcat within an hour and showed us how to move the equipment. Very helpful, very friendly and just the kind of company I like to deal with.
