I have worked with several insurance company's and I must say American Assurance I the easiest to work with their customer service is outstanding and the response to invoice payments is great. Thank you American Assurance for making the claim process so easy.
I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra and also bought the extended warranty. My vacuum brake pump began to fail and caused other components to fail. The total cost of the brake repair was $1500. I had only owned the truck for 2 months. Initially my claim was denied due to the fact that the vacuum pump is not covered but all other components are covered. I talked to management and they agreed to cover all parts and labor minus the vacuum pump. I thought this was a fair compromise, as technically they did not have to cover anything. Honestly, the real issue here is GMC/Chevy not backing a faulty part. Currently a class action lawsuit in regards to that part is being formed. Anyway, I am happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to others as they were reasonable and fair.
As a shop owner, working with American Assurance Corp is the easiest warranty company to work with. They have great customer service. We get an answer on if covered & how much right away. They keep in communication through the complete process. They pay fast. I especially look forward to working with Christopher.
I'm a shop owner, I have been dealing with warranty companies for over 20 years. I was, to say the least, Dumbfounded with how great American Assurance Corp. was to deal with. Long story short, they authorized an engine replacement for one of their customers, based on two 14 sec. video's. Unheard of!! The Customer is grateful he purchased such a great warranty, (or one the actually covers what they say they will, not one that uses small print to get out of coverage). The selling dealer also is extremely happy that they took care of his customer twenty thousand miles down the road.

I work at a service shop and called in a claim for a customer to American Assurance and worked with Christopher who was professional, quick, and accurate. We faxed in the final invoice for payment and received payment very quickly. I especially appreciated him because working with other extended warranty companies is usually not so easy or professional!
