They tried multiple steps to get to a hardware issue and were patient and straightforward. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about the customer and making sure things are done right and carefully. Highly, highly recommend.

I’m satisfied with their service and am happy to support a small local business. They also had a large selection of phone cases and some really cool stickers all over the counter
