The first time was 10 years ago, sense then I have referred All my Family & Friends :) Melanie is Awesome!!! Not only her Customer Service is Wonderful every time I see her, but the Facility is Clean & Well Kept including the Bathroom!!! Also I feel that my storage is Safe.
Thank You for giving me a Nice & Safe place for my "Life Belongings" :) -

(November 19, 2018, 11:08 am)Great experience here over the weekend!! Melanie at the front desk was absolutely awesome. I reserved a unit online and received a call about 2 minutes later to confirm the size and move in date. When I arrived on Saturday, Melanie braved the freezing cold weather so she could show me the unit I reserved before signing the paperwork - above and beyond service if you ask me!! I didn’t look close enough when first reserving the unit, but I was under the impression it was inside. Despite the unit she showed me being very clean, well lit, and of ample space, I had to find something that was climate controlled. If they would have had the same size available inside, I absolutely would have continued with leasing a unit here. Melanie was graceful and understanding in my decision and even offered to call me should one come available. Awesome service and very friendly staff here! I recommend!

It is nice to see a smiling face when I go pay my bill or go to my locker. Awesome place to store you're stuff. I'd tell anyone to come rent at this place.
