  So I had gotten my car serviced at another location (which I’ll keep anonymous) but I was less than satisfied with their service. I came into this location asking them to fix the issues and rectify what happened at the other JiffyLube. I was greeted by an excellent smiling happy staff. They took me inside because it was cold and made sure I was comfortable. Simon, the manager, came out to greet me with a friendly handshake and a welcoming atmosphere. I was letting him know everything that happened and he did not interrupt me at all. He let me talk, he repeated the problems I had back to me which let me know he was listening, and then he helped me out. He advised I get my vehicle checked out ASAP and that I had a serious leak. I took my car into the dealership and it ended up being an $8,164.73 repair!!!! I have an extended warranty so I’m covered yay! When I took my car into the dealership, I forgot what it was that Simon had said was leaking and I called the location. He was on vacation that day and one of the employees asked if he remembered me and he did! Wow. That is great customer service and someone who cares. I am truly grateful for experiences like this, this built my faith back up in this company and I live in Northglenn, CO but will continue to come to this location because of the service provided. Please take a moment to recognize and appreciate Simon and what he has done for me as I am truly grateful! Thanks again man!!!
