Donald was very supportive the whole way through and shared his expertise in helping us prepare for the heat treatment and address every detail needed to ensure success. The team that came were very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough in treating every area of our home and ensuring all potential hiding spots were eliminated. They went above and beyond and clearly knew what to look for. With two disabled people at home, the need for hiring specialists specifically in bed bug removal was essential. The 12 month guarantee also provides great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone determined to rid themselves of this issue permanently.

I have worked with other exterminators in the past and have never felt this level of customer support when working through a pest infestation. This company stands by their workmanship and and understands the emotional distress when confronting an in-home pest removal.

Donald went above and beyond to make time for our home during a busy weekend schedule. Once he got to our home, he helped us determine what the best course of action would be for our situation and directed us towards our next step because he realized our original plan would not work out well.
