This is a great place to get sober and stay sober. They offer large clean 2 and 3 person rooms. The house manager and assistant manager get single rooms. There are 19 beds for this big house.
The 3 person rooms downstairs have single beds and each have a bathroom inside the rooms. They also have clean mattresses and bedding for people who are beginning their journey of recovery.
Upstairs has double beds and 2 person rooms. Typically the residents who have lived in the house longer and are working have the opportunity to graduate to the 2 person rooms upstairs.
There is a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. There are also 3 big screen TV's downstairs and one upstairs. Each kitchen has 2 refrigerators and clients have their own shelves to store food. A washer and dryer on each floor. These are free to use and laundry detergent is also included in the rent. There is also plenty of cabinet space for dry goods. Coffee is also provided as part of the rent. There is a land line phone that is free to use. XFINITY WIFI and Cable service is provided. There are also cleaning supplies which are included in the cost of the rent. Toilet paper and paper towels are also provided. There is an outside BBQ that can be used by residents. Clients must pay for the propane. There is parking available for those who drive. You will also find smoking is allowed outside only.
Each client is assigned a daily chore and they must pitch in to help keep the place clean. There are no drugs or alcohol allowed. If you come in drunk or high you will be asked to leave. There is random testing for drugs and alcohol. There are UA and breathalyzer tests on site. No visitors are allowed inside the house. Each client is issued a code to enter. There is a 9.p.m. curfew unless you work after hours. After 30 days and if a person is working then over night passes can be requested if a person wants to visit a friend or relative. There is a wheel chair accessible ramp outside.
There are other houses around the Denver metro area as well.
