(September 8, 2022, 2:02 pm)We moved here back in February and it's been such a nice change of pace from our last situation. Melinda (pretty sure that's her name) was very nice to work with during the leasing process, and maintenance has been very quick to come and solve any of the minor issues we've had. It's a nice neighborhood with good walking available and convenient access to food and shopping. Ignore the old reviews about maintenance, we've had the exact opposite experience and we figure they've really worked to change things since Covid.
