Core Progression is the gym I didn't know I needed. I first started going there back in 2020 because I had a bridesmaid dress come in that ended up being too tight on me. The trainers helped me work on slimming down in certain areas to fit into that dress. After that, I decided I was going to run a half marathon in 2021 and they helped me train for that. They are professional and listen to what you are wanting to achieve and not only help you with your goals, but help you to make a lifestyle change in your fitness and nutritional habits. I love that each day I walk in, I'm not only supported by the trainers, but the other members. Core Progression really is the best of the best!
We have been coming to Core Progression for a couple months and we could not be happier with the gym and the trainers. They offer flexibility with schedules and will work with you to give you an excellent experience. Derek is energetic and knowledgeable and managed to make me enjoy working out again. Very happy with our experience so far!
My boyfriend and I did joint training with Derek for 6 months and it was great! We had been working out prior to seeing Derek but saw no changes, Derek was able to teach us exercises that helped kick start us in achieving our goals. Not only was he helpful with workouts he was also able to give us some nutrition tips that helped tremendously with my fear of food/calories! We would definitely be continuing on with Derek if we were not moving away.
Wow where do I even start! Core Progression Lakewood is such an awesome place if you're ready to see results. I've been working out with trainer Sarah for 6 months and so far lost a total of 50lbs. Not only is each workout different from the next Sarah knows how to help you achieve your own personal goals. Working out with a trainer can seem intimidating but core progression truly knows how to make you feel welcome and accepted! Highly recommended
Core Progression is a great place to workout whether you are new to the gym or just looking to spice up your current gym routine. I've been working with Sarah who has been a blessing for my workouts. She is professional and knowledgeable about not only exercise physiology, but nutrition and anything cycling related as well. Sarah motivates me to get stronger, but is always mindful of body mechanics to ensure I do not get injured. 10/10 would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for an amazing personal trainer. The other trainers, Paige and Derek, are super friendly as well.
