This rating is solely based on one experience: my roommate and I got a flat tire and we did not know how to change it (though we had a spare and all the tools). We called the Jeffco non-emergency number and Tom and Andy were so helpful, patient, and calm. They walked us through the steps from start to finish. My roommate and I now feel confident that we could change a tire thanks to their help.

I've lived in the same house in Jefferson County for 20+ years. I've had experiences with Animal Control and the Sheriffs Office -- all of which have been nothing but exemplary service. They are always respectful, professional and above all, kind. I'm so happy to know they are out there.

We had several interactions with the JeffCo sheriffs in the last days and were highly impressed by their professional interaction, fast and knowledgeable replies to our calls and very helpful deputies. One even called us on his free day to update us and connect us with the right division. My wife and I haven’t had much interaction with cops in the past, but these cases were handled excellently and demonstrated how the police can provide a great service to the community. Thank you!
