They listened and then explained what the issue was (the motor) and that it would cost $400-500 to replace. They said they would be happy to come out, but recommended that I spend that money towards buying a new appliance. I appreciated the honesty and the genuine approach towards helping. I’ll be using them for any appliance repairs in the future!
