(August 14, 2018, 4:30 pm)We called Sensible Heating and Cooling, along with several other companies, to provide an estimate to replace our air conditioning unit. They were by far the fastest responding company and easily provided the best quote. They also offered replacement before the other companies could, which is quite a deal breaker when your air conditioning breaks mid summer. Phil came to the house to provide the estimate and was able to fully explain everything to us. We decided to replace our furnace as well since it was at the end of life and he was able to secure several rebates, bringing down the overall cost substantially. They showed up on time, were very professional, and left me with zero reservations when leaving them in the house to run errands and pick up the kids. They cleaned up their messes and made sure we understood our system prior to leaving. The best part was their customer service. I had joked with Phil that obviously he sees people at rough times in their life so he should bring ice cream when he makes house visits since their homes are sure to feel miserable. A couple weeks later, we received a gift card for Coldstone in the mail! This company is the best. I would highly recommend.
