(July 30, 2020, 4:07 pm)Bart is Amazing! He really brakes down the cause of pain, not just addressing the symptoms. He presented to our Kiwanis club and gave us great ideas to improve our health and lives. Many of us will be working with him in the future!
(February 7, 2020, 1:59 pm)As president of the Golden Lions club, I highly recommend Bart as a speaker. He told us about how the body worked and engaged the group by having everyone try some easy stretches. Our club thoroughly enjoyed his presentation.
(November 26, 2019, 12:34 pm)We had Bart Potter come and talk to our Monday Morning Chats Meeting, where, about 30 people from our senior community were in attendance. Without really "selling" his book, he carefully and clearly interpreted the Jiffy Body method of regaining and maintaining muscle balance to resolve pain and posture issues that lead to pain. The group was very receptive! As he demonstrated a simple ankle circle, he had the majority of the audience doing them. When he opened for questions, there were many, which he answered with insight and experienced wisdom. After his talk, there was a group from the audience surrounding the table with his book copies on it, ready to buy. Jiffy Body seems to be a very sound method for precisely the purpose for which it was designed.
(November 21, 2019, 1:24 pm)Bart came out for a presentation at our offices. He showed some great ways to stretch and prevent muscle imbalance and tension. For a CPA office, it was incredibly helpful. He explained how and why and everyone really enjoyed it! We bought 4 books for our office and they are worth every penny.
(August 30, 2019, 3:09 pm)Absolutely the best $20 I've ever spent. Jiffy Body is an easy read and it delivers "great results." I've made the exercises and stretches part of my daily routine and I haven't felt this good in years.
The Jiffy Body book makes it all make sense.
