They showed me choices, explaining each, and were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how. They worked their schedule to fit my needs, brought a chair out for me when I had to stay to wait, were much faster than projected in completing the replacement and explained the use of my new radio system. A very customer-friendly attitude!

Car Toys on Bowles did a fantastic job on our stereo, speaker, and back up camera install. They stuck to our budget and installed everything the same day. Everyone who works there is kind, courteous, and takes the time to ensure you are happy with your purchase. My favorite part - they answered the phone when I called and did not put me on hold!

I could write a lot but I want to share some of my experience. Customer service at this place is great! I ordered a new stereo online with free backup camera, when my order arrived I didn’t receive the backup camera the gentleman who helped me out at the stores name was Keevan. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable, he answered all the questions I had, Also he helped me get the right dash kit that was needed for my car and the free backup camera that was missed in my online order. Location/ people matter in my opinion. The guys over at the Bowles location did great!
