  My first visit here, and it was excellent! The staff are great. Shawna was great doing my xrays, cleaning, explaining, and giving advice. Dr. Cook was awesome, explained my treatment clearly, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

  Definitely believe the good rating. This place is great and staff are very friendly.
  
  Do note that the promo cleaning price is only for a simple cleaning, if you waited 3 years to get your teeth cleaned like me ( I know it's gross), you will end up paying more. Nonetheless they so great work and explain costs all along the way.

  I hate the dentist .I just don't like people in my mouth but Dr. Cook is amazing. Everyone is so nice and they made me feel comfortable. It's a great place to go for a dentist.

  I highly recommend Kip Dental. All of the staff make you feel comfortable and make sure your every need is met. They do everything in their power to squeeze you in even if they are fully booked. They go above and beyond for you! Dr cook is amazing. Another thing I love about Kip Dental is they show you step by step what they are doing via xrays etc. They also show you the honest prices before any work is done!!!

  Before coming into this dental office I did quite a bit of homework with several dental offices. I’d call in and ask what it cost to do just a simple cleaning. What first caught my attention was the price of the cleaning here, as a new patient; $59. This includes x-rays, visit from doc, cleaning, etc.
  
  When I first called this office I experienced pretty good customer service. Not amazing, not bad. I like to know everything before I start signing papers so my questions probably put them on edge.
  
  After making an appointment and showing up, I was treated with respect from everyone. My hygienist was nice and thorough, as was the doc. They were nice enough to use a topical anesthetic for my more difficult spots and this really helped. The whole office is also very professional looking, offers free water, tea, coffee and granola bars.
  
  Overall, a good experience! I’ll be going again!
