Beautiful, easy trail. Id recommend it for visiting family! Great views and not difficult at all.
Excellent running trail! I utilize this one frequently. There are multiple trails you can vary to do a short or long run. Definitely recommend.
A hike worth making the trip for. Bring the family and pups, you all will definitely have a picturesque scenery the entire hike. I will be back !
Great place to go hiking beside the beautiful red rocks nestled in the Foothills of Ken Caryl Ranch. Sometimes while hiking you can see deer, coyotes, and foxes. Love getting back to nature while hiking in this location. Very quiet and hardly ever packed when we come here to hike.
Summary : A lovely place to take an easy day hike and view some beautiful rock formations. A good number of trails to choose from depending on how far you want to go. A great option if you're looking for something simple and free.
Recommended : the coyote song trail has some nice inclines and declines as you traverse around the rock formations in the midst of the foothills. We took the Swallow trail back which was flat and wide - a delightful finish to the hike. A relatively easy hike on which you can enjoy the great outdoors.
There were quite a few birds of varying kinds around which were enjoyable to observe.
The not so great : there were quite a few trail runners and Bicyclists on the trails and you had to keep an eye out for.
