  I have been banking with this bank for over ten plus years. I have a personal and business account with them. My experience with them has been great and over the years most of the tellers began to known my name. However, yesterday I went in to deposit a small jar of change.Only to be told they do not have a coin counter machine and they could send the change over to another branch to count the coins and credit my account. The other option was to drive over there and personally make the deposit.
  
  What bank does not have a coin counting machine? Apparently my bank does not have one. How do they count their change they acquirer from deposits? Do they only accept bills and no coins of any kind for deposits?
  
  Needless to say, I opted go else where were my coins are accepted. Their customer service has costed them a star.
