    My boyfriend and I love this place. Great trails/hiking during any season! In the winter we use spike shoes to keep from slipping but it’s a blast. Great workout, some spots are steeper than others but overall a pretty easy trail! Great views of the Red Rocks Amphitheater as well. If you’re looking for a new trial you should consider Mount Falcon!

    It took us six hours to hike the castle trail all the way to the top and back down. It is so beautiful and it’s a great work out and a MEGA great stress reliever. I found it therapeutic and will do this hike again many more times.

    two parking lots, one is a serious hike with lots of elevation change. The other is a nice hike with great views.

    Very nice hike. Can get a good work out with this hike. It is not too strenuous but it is a lot of walking up hill. Great for bikes, dogs and kids. And the view is so worth while.

    This trail is one of my favorite that I have been on so far. Equal parts easy and challenging. Parking is simple and is a short walk to the beginning of the trail. Great photo opportunities for scenery and wildlife. Watch out for people on bikes because they come up fast and out of nowhere. Be cautious of elderly and children, I did see lots of them struggling. Make sure to bring lots of water and snacks because the trail is pretty long. If you happen to not finish and turn back, the trail is a good practice for jogging downhill. Watch out for loose rocks and definitely wear good shoes.

65 reviews of Mount Falcon Park "Great trail. Listed as kid friendly--- I cannot exactly agree to this. There is incline and it is not flat all the way. The Mount Falcon Park East entrance has two trails that lead to the castle ruins, the Castle Trail and the Turkey Trot Trail.
