  This bakery makes the most delicious cupcakes, brownies, cookies, donuts, and many other things that are all perfectly safe for my grandson. He has multiple food allergies and can now enjoy cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc. just like all the other kids! Thank you for baking thes wonderful, delicious treats.

  Jan 2019: I couldn’t figure out how to leave an additional review so I’m adding to the previous one. I have multiple family members with celiac disease, including DH for some, which requires a lifelong gluten-free diet. Several of those also require dairy-free. For the holidays I purchased an abundance of cinnamon rolls, everything bagels, scones, brownies, and crumble top muffins. The goodies were frozen for close to a month and transported to family members who took them back to Nebraska, Kansas, North Carolina, and Texas. My brother in Texas declared the brownies and bagels to be the very best he’s ever had, and trust me he’s tried a lot! Just wait until he tries the cinnamon rolls. My sister in North Carolina can’t get over how amazing the everything bagels are and finally has a dairy free option as well. My Kansas family loves the cinnamon rolls and scones and is also delighted to have something that is equally gluten-free, dairy free, and delicious. My Nebraska sibling took cinnamon rolls for herself (I converted her from a brand she previously loved ;) and extras for a few friends who have medical conditions and require gluten-free. We can’t tell you how much your goodies are appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks for doing the hard work and making something that tastes incredible so the rest of us can enjoy a treat!! ????????
  
  Sept 2018: 100% gluten free, but still 100% delicious! Many items free from other allergens as well - see their website.
  Everything bagels and pumpkin crunch muffins were so yummy! Saturday mornings you can get gooey cinnamon rolls too.

  These guys are amazing! So helpful when selecting things and knowledgeable about all things allergen free. I grabbed some cookies and cupcakes for a friend with a gluten intolerance and she said they were the only baked goods she's had that actually taste like what she used to be able to eat. Headed there this week for another friend, stop by, you wont regret it!

  Excellent local business! The ONLY place we've found that both my daughter and I can enjoy some tasty treats!! Would highly recommend!! The cupcakes were delicious and made her first birthday very special!!

  Eating allergy free or even just cleaner can be sooooo delicious as you will find out if you eat ANYTHING from this bakery! A labor of love for sure but the owners have put their heart into this bakery and it is incredible! From fresh, enormous tender and delicious cinnamon rolls to the best brownie I’ve ever had and anything in between you will not be disappointed!!!! An absolute must try for a great bakery....dietary restrictions or not!
