  We had a microwave ordered and to our surprise it was much bigger than expected. We thought all microwaves were the same size. We ended up returning it (even though the installation guy was standing in our kitchen).
  
  Charlie at Factory Outlet called us unexpectedly a few hours later saying he heard about our problem and he wanted to see what they could do for us and maybe get us a replacement. We went to the store and received a replacement that was less expensive plus a refund and our replacement was on its way in no time. They were amazing. They took the initiative to call us first before we even had a chance to call the store with our problem. I’m impressed, 5 stars for sure.

  I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I originally had a problem with an install. I called and talked to the sales manager Mike and the store manager Jeremy. These guys were wonderful. They owned the problem and found a solution. I understand that sometimes things happen, it is great to find someone who will take ownership and fix any issue. I will be telling all of my friends about my excellent experience.

  My husband and I just moved to Colorado. We came into Appliance Factory looking for a washer and dryer plus a refrigerator. Terry let us know about the deals that the store had going on. He was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for and made some recommendations. We purchased a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator because of the excellent service that we received. Our questions were answered and we never got a runaround. I'm glad we purchased the extended warranty for the refrigerator, as it was a scratch and dent. We'll definitely be back to buy more appliance to complete our new home. Thanks Terry!

  Our refrigerator quit on a Friday, so we had to move fast to get a new one over the weekend. Found a wide variety of options at Appliance Factory Outlet. Ended up at the Westminster store and had a great experience. Jessica was a rock star helping us to get the model we wanted and even helping us to change out a couple of damaged handles for better condition parts. Over and above what we expected. They took our old unit for disposal and helped us load the new one as well. Outstanding experience...wouldn't change a thing!
