  These guys have done right by me for YEARS and have helped make some stressful situations a lot more manageable. I trust them to fix what's broken and help with routine maintenance, but also to give me advice about the long-term care of my car and what's worth spending money on. Dana has hired a team of truly good people with kind hearts and a commitment to integrity. The communication is outstanding, and I always feel like I've been listened to and taken care of -- not taken advantage of. I'll never take my business anywhere else.

  I went in recently because my heater in my Jeep stopped working. I was amazed on the fast response I received from Gary to schedule the appointment through my warranty repair pal site. It was a one day job. They actually greet you when you walk in and with the nice follow up call from Emma once the work was done, was a nice touch. I will for sure be going back in the future if needed. Thanks Lake Arbor!

  I called Lake Arbor the day a serious issue arose with my 2011 Honda CR-V. I came to a stop light and was unable to stop all the way as my RPM remained high, thus negating my braking. Unbeknownst to me, my throttle had acquired carbon buildup over time. Lake Arbor was amazing and at their busiest time right before Christmas, they managed to fix my car in 24 hours.   My husband and I live in Arizona, but our son lives in Colorado and needed some truck repairs. He hasn't had good luck in the past finding a reputable shop, so I got online and did some research and after reading multiple reviews, had him take his truck to Lake Arbor. The truck needs a lot of work, but Gary was able to do what needed to be done to get it running and he was fast. Gary was communicative and helpful and we are thrilled with the service we received. We'll be back!

  Great place for quality service. Always provide an honesty and integrity. Have had multiple cards worked on by this team and I will never take my cars anywhere else. Great group of people!
