After the fitting process she was very patient and helpful when we tried on shoes. She was knowledgeable and respectful as well. Great experience at the store, the whole staff was welcoming and helpful!!

I recently had a customer service issue with the store that was resolved promptly and honestly by the company. I appreciated their willingness to listen and accept feedback, and I believe they are always trying to do right by their customers. I'll be back for sure!

(September 22, 2018, 3:24 pm)VIP rewards costs money and automatically renews annually!!! It saved me $30 but I don't buy shoes very often so I know it would be easy to forget and keep getting charged. I'm cancelling it asap.
Derrin the store manager did a fantastic job selling me some much needed comfortable walking shoes while I had my two little kids with me. He analyzed my stride, and shape of my feet to find the perfect fit. He have me lots of options and was respectful of my budget. Great customer service!
