(January 29, 2019, 12:16 pm)Elena is one of the kindest, most competent people I have ever met! I first saw her for relief from an ankle sprain that never healed properly. She was not satisfied until I was pain-free in my ankle. More recently I have seen her for knee pain. Through her knowledge and skill she has relieved my pain and helped me avoid any more significant surgery or intervention which the doctor suggested might be necessary. Beyond all this, she is just the best to be around! I would highly recommend Healing in Motion Physical Therapy to anyone!
(December 17, 2018, 9:42 pm)I went to Elena after a pretty major motorcyle accident. She is a miracle worker! She used multiple therapeutic methods to not only get my neck feeling better, but it now feels better than it did before the accident. She was able to get some movement and feeling back into my wrist. She reduced the swelling in hip and taped my shoulders up to help them feel more stable. I cannot believe how much better i felt after just one visit. I highly recommend her and i will definitely be returning for more treatment. Thank you Elena!
(November 18, 2018, 1:25 pm)I started working with Elena in March, 2018 for a painful left hip. She immediately assessed the problem and has used dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, massage, scraping and Pilates to fix my hip. We're now working on getting the rest of my body to be strong and moving correctly. She really listens and knows how to suss out what is causing the problem. I am so thankful that I found her when I did and I know my body is thankful too!
(October 8, 2018, 7:02 pm)Elena is wonderful! My neck was so much better and I was able to sleep without pain after the body work and massage. She listened to me and gave me great tips on what to do at home. Can’t wait to see her again.

I was in a motorcycle accident last fall with multiple spine fractures, compound rib fractures, punctured lungs, the list goes on. I also was knocked unconscious in the accident and was experiencing severe brain fog a few weeks after the accident, I could barely construct a sentence.
I'm a college student, and it was a week before finals. In desperation I reached out to Healing In Motion Physical Therapy. Elena recommended cranio sacral therapy and I tried it. The results were unbelievable, I was a little out of it immediately following the therapy session, but the next morning when I awoke the brain fog was completely lifted!!!
She also gave me some pilates movements to practice at home to help me with my broken back and the AC joint separation in my left shoulder. Between the pilates and swimming I was back to normal in 8 weeks.
