Phoenix Financial Group Tax Help - Tax Relief

I have worked for this company for nearly 10 years. They have always been professional, knowledgable, honest, appreciative and an all around great group of people. They truly care about their employees and getting the job done right for their clients. Should I ever need this type of service Phoenix Financial Group would undoubtedly be the company I would choose.

I hope I never have an issue with the IRS again, but If I do, I will be calling Phoenix Financial. Great value for the fee I paid. I got more than what I paid for, Fantastic!

While I have not confirmed with Robert, I'm guessing based on other reviews that Phoenix Financial is a franchise/group with many offices across the nation. I was fortunate enough to get matched with Robert Moody in Colorado and he has helped me with two separate issues. Robert Moody is professional, courteous, and helpful. I am not a fan of Phoenix's cold calling techniques to get business(let's be honest, noone wants to get those annoying calls that others know you owe back taxes), but I would do business with Robert again in an instant.
He and his assistant "held my hand" and helped me get a payment plan that I could afford and then when I missed a deadline of filing w-2s that my payroll company was supposed to have filed, he helped me get the civil penalty abated.
I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Phoenix financial really helped my dad with his tax issues. He had looked into other financial groups but found that Phoenix financial was the best suited. They made sure to get him properly set up quickly and efficiently with no hassle and at a good rate ! They were also able to keep my dads bank accounts protected so he could save money and pay his taxes. The people on the phone were also very polite and easy to communicate with, which is always a plus !

It's beyond stressful when you run afoul of the IRS. I cannot emphasize enough what a great company this is to work with. In particular, Daniel is knowledgeable, calm, and goes way above and beyond to make sure you get the very best assistance you could hope for. He works on your account like it was his own. The communication is fantastic, I don't think there was more than once or twice that he personally did not pick up the phone when I called. I really don't think you could find a better company to assist you.
