With unexpected delays of my tile due to customs, the staff was quick to follow up and help as much as they could. Thank you Rob for getting the tile to me as soon as you could and fixing any problems that occurred, even when that meant you were working after hours. I really appreciate all you guys did, making a stressful situation much easier for me and everyone else involved in my project. Customer service at this place is top notch - highly recommend.
