I’m a new patient and there’s a remarkable difference from my former dental service experience. My hygienist Pam has a very light hand that my teeth cleaning process was less painful compared to my past experience. She was very professional and clearly explained what happening in term of my dental needs. Dr. Brett was very professional too. I was so pleased with my decision to transfer in Arbour dental group. I started recommending this place to my family.
Visit was awesome. This is coming from someone who already has anxiety and then on top of that super Dental anxiety. The staff was really great. Everyone was very friendly and personable and they just made it really easy to be sitting in the dental chair.
I am so thankful for the excellent care I receive at Arbor Dental Group. I had an urgent need to see Dr. Brett for a sore that was developing on my gums. As a cancer patient I'm at risk for a variety of problems. Dr. Brett and his staff worked me in and did a thorough job assessing the problem. I can't praise them or thank them enough for the great care they give me every time I'm seen.
Anything involving a dental visit can tend to make society cringe, but at Arbor Dental EVERYONE is super nice and accommodating. The building is very clean and presentable. It has a sense of comfort to it -which is kinda strange but equally nice!- Amanda the Hygienist is awesome. She’s well educated, knowledgeable, thorough, calm, and easy to chat with. The Dentists at Arbor get right down to business and are straight up, which I appreciate, but they’ve also got a sense of humor which lessens the stress of the visit. Thanks for making Colorado smile brighter one tooth at a time!
First, let me say this. Arbor is a great place for my dental needs. People are wonderful. I recommended it to family and friends.
But something else needs to be said here. If some hygienists are not familiar with the instruments they are going to use, such as the magnifying glasses, they’d better test and practice on those somewhere else before they use it on the patients. One expects a certain level of discomfort going to the dentist, even with regular cleaning. But, being tested on as a guinea pig doesn’t sit well with me. It incurred more pain than necessary. Thank you.
